My dear friend @williambwest passed away this weekend. A while back he gifted me his childhood recordings of Power Rangers on VHS for safe keeping. It’s a cherished part of my collection that connects me to him all the more now 😔📼

Slim pickings at the garage sales today, but always fun when you can walk away with some vintage #mastersoftheuniverse finds.

@20_Years_Before @IDWPublishing I decided to pass on his suggestion of “Shakes-zilla”, but went with this one instead that he agreed was book of the week that was going to build a following. I was not disappointed. Great first issue.

I got to review some fun monster movies from the 50s from this 4-disc set for @popgeeks and I’d be curious to know if you’ve seen any of them.

Watched The Getaway for the first time. Had a few cool action scenes, but forgettable. Michael Madsen’s wig was the true villain of the film 😄

Comic book artist and creator of The Maxx, Sam Kieth passed away this weekend. It seems only fitting that I should watch the animated series late into the night like I did back in the 90s. #RIPSamKieth
