In 2021, @exodus became the first company to tokenize its common stock on Algorand. In 2024, Exodus became the first U.S. company to have its @NYSE-listed stock represented on a public blockchain. This was the real thing, no wrappers or synthetics.
JP Richardson@jprichardson

1/ Bloomberg JUST reported the SEC is releasing its tokenized stock framework this week. Exodus was the first publicly traded company to tokenize its stock on @algorand in 2021. The SEC is finally catching up to what we already proved works.

Here's the #LTC chart as I see it after recent price action. As I've always said, these structures change because the market is not static. If price continues to follow this structure, there will most likely be extended ranging before any type of expansion.

#TOTAL3 just touched the upper trend line of the micro structure for a retest on the 4H. I'm seeing these structural retests with several alts. Is this a bullish sign? It is if price accepts at this level on the higher time frames.

One thing I always want Zcash holders to be aware of: When an asset goes parabolic, it naturally becomes a liquidity magnet. That does not mean the project is bad. That does not mean the long-term thesis is broken. And it definitely does not mean #ZEC cannot move higher now or later. But from a market-structure perspective, parabolic moves attract three groups: - Early buyers sitting on big profits - Late FOMO buyers chasing the move - Leverage traders trying to catch “the next leg” That combination creates the perfect environment for distribution. Large players can let price float into resistance, let excitement build, let late buyers provide liquidity, and then begin rotating profits into assets that have not yet run and may have cleaner risk/reward setups. That may be part of what we are seeing now. #ZEC is fighting a potential topping structure near resistance, while several other alt charts are retesting constructive breakout/reclaim zones. That does not prove rotation is happening, but it is something worth watching. The key tell, in my opinion: - If Zcash weakens while #TOTAL3 and lagging alts hold structure, that supports the rotation thesis. - If Zcash weakens and TOTAL3 loses structure too, then it is probably broader risk-off rather than healthy rotation. This is why I never assume “up only” after a parabolic move. Parabolic runs are incredible opportunities, but they also require discipline. The same volatility that creates life-changing upside can also create violent resets when late buyers get trapped. I still love Zcash as an asset. I just respect the chart. And right now, the chart is saying: be aware, stay objective, and watch whether capital is rotating or leaving the market entirely.

Here is the updated #LTC chart on the 4H: It is sitting in an important micro compression structure. After a downtrend, consolidation can often lean bearish continuation until proven otherwise. But this Litecoin structure is more balanced, and possibly even constructive, because price is not just chopping sideways. It is showing: - Rising lows - Repeated support defense - Compression near the apex - Price holding near the 200 SMA - Macro trend support underneath That looks more like potential base-building than clean bearish continuation. The key is the boundary reaction. If LTC breaks above the $58–$60 resistance zone with volume and acceptance, I’d view that as a reversal/expansion attempt. If it loses rising support and the $56/200 SMA area, then the structure weakens and can rotate lower toward $54, then $52–$50. Simple read: While rising support holds, this leans potential reversal. If rising support breaks, it becomes bearish continuation. Compression is mature. Now price needs to show direction.

BTC dominance is showing a possible head and shoulders structure on the 4H. Not confirmed yet, but definitely worth watching. We have a clear left shoulder, a higher head, and what may now be forming as the right shoulder. The key is the neckline. If $BTC.D loses the neckline and starts accepting below it, that would strengthen the alt rotation case. Lower BTC dominance usually gives alts more room to breathe, especially if #TOTAL3 continues holding structure and making higher lows. But until the neckline breaks, this is only a potential setup. If dominance holds the neckline and reclaims the right shoulder area, the pattern weakens. Simple read: Potential H&S forming on BTC.D. Neckline break means alt rotation gets stronger. Hold & reclaim means caution for alts. This is one of the more important charts I’m watching right now.

I'll use #LTC & #BTC as the examples here. What to watch for with most assets is if there will be a liquidity grab at lower levels before the real move up begins? It's very common to see this before a bullish reversal. The fear of losing the macro structure will have many sell! They always shake you out first!

Vietnam has 17 million crypto traders and zero domestic exchanges. That changes in Q3 2026. Hanoi is launching a regulated crypto market. Five licensed exchanges. $400 million minimum capital. A 0.1% transaction tax modeled on stock trading. The play: stop exporting tax revenue to Binance. Build domestic infrastructure. Anchor it to a digital economy target of 30% of GDP by 2030. Vietnam legally recognized crypto as property, licensed exchanges, and set a live date. The gray market is closing. The regulated one is opening. That's where the money moves.

A legitimate concern with the #CLARITYAct is that it appears to restrict passive yield on stablecoins. For example, if you’re holding USDC on Coinbase and earning a simple APY just for holding that balance, that type of reward looks like exactly what the bill is targeting. So yes, the banks did get protection here. But the bigger picture is more complicated. The bill doesn’t appear to ban all stablecoin rewards. It allows activity-based and transaction-based incentives tied to actual usage of crypto rails. That means the fight is shifting from passive yield to real utility. Would I prefer people be able to earn yield on their own stablecoins? Absolutely. But I also think this bill opens the door for crypto to move further into the mainstream. Once people are given a legal, regulated, easy-to-use choice between legacy banking rails and crypto rails, the advantage still shifts toward crypto. The banks may win protection on passive yield but the choice people will be given is what will ultimately be the demise of the central bank system. Crypto will still win the bigger battle: access, adoption, speed, transparency, 24/7 settlement, and financial choice.

Nice move up by #TOTAL3 out of the falling wedge all while #BTC dominance continues to fall after rising into heavy resistance just below the .786 fib level. This is the metric you want to continue seeing if looking for an altseason to kick off.

I am no longer worrying about micro movements for most of these assets I've identified as being in multi-year compression wedges/triangles as they are all holding their structures cleanly. Using #ALGO as an example, I think we see something like this, with the big move coming 4th quarter 2026. The spring/summer rally takes price to the top rail (I will take some profits there), correct to the structure midpoint, and then off we go.

Many HODL LTC because it's a scare asset. Now, take this scarce digital silver asset, which is already very useful and actively used for payments, and enhance it by adding smart contracts. More utility = More demand = Increased price This is because you are taking an already scarce asset and enabling more people to use it in various ways. When an asset becomes more productive, supply is taken off the market and put to work, making it more attractive. As a result, more individuals and AI agents start buying the asset, reducing the available supply and driving the price higher. Litecoin will be the heart of Web3, and LitVM will play its part to help it get there trustlessly.

Nice volume expansion on the higher time frames for #LTC. It's currently in this rising parallel channel so I'd expect a rejection at the upper rail unless more volume comes in. Price left the compression structure in an area where you would expect. Will it retest structure? It would have to break the lower rail of this micro channel to do that.
