@mdkaden @CuisineInfamous @Stephend1776 I believe that has been left up to interpretation, its very grey, the jury is open to decide. Where it says use of unlawful force, would be challenged, if the provocation is violent the response wouldn’t be unlawful, it would be justified self defense

For all of you screaming “free speech”… …Chud the Builders’ OWN free speech will be his undoing. That’s why I love our 1st Amendment, because it EXPOSES the stupidity, the EVIL, and the malicious intent within the hearts of people. This is a case were HE IS NOT RIGHT MORALLY but CHUD IS CONSTITUTIONALLY IN THE RIGHT. And LEGALLY in the RIGHT according to the STATE OF TENNESSEE'S STAND YOUR GROUND LAW. Section (1)(b)(1) A person who is not engaged in unlawful activity and is in a place where such person has a right to be has no duty to retreat before threatening or using force against another person when and to the degree. The screen shot of Chud saying tough guy talk was a response to someone that threatened to kill him. I'll post it in the comments.

Cut that in half for male:female, and half again for adult:child. So 4% of the nation’s population (adult black males) commit fully HALF of ALL THE NATIONS violent crimes.

Cardinals, Blue Jays, Hawks and Hummingbirds are all birds, but they are not the same. Humans go the same. Ali knew it, so did Malcolm X.

I think large studies show that talking to children and educating will largely lead to IQ development. Like I said rarely do I think race is a determining factor

@holeman_corey @alexstein69420 @alexstein99 I wish it were that way, but there are multiple cases where blacks feel entitled to abuse and kill Whites because of perceived offenses by our ancestors. This puts my son and me in danger, and frankly, I’m not having it..

We have different moral standards and values. Some great and some not so great

@KyksSukBBDk @alexstein69420 @alexstein99 I don’t see it that way, maybe it’s easy to see the world through our limited view of experiences, what you see on twitter and the blacks you see, act this way. The truth is majority just go to work and go home, I think it’s a moral thing.

@holeman_corey @alexstein69420 @alexstein99 I agree. Most Whites act according to this. We don’t flinch at what we’re called, but when we go verbal blow for blow, the reaction from the other side is disproportionate.
