@Hollard You have a cover that you offered with @PEPstores_SA where people pay a monthly premium for funeral cover. My grandmother has been paying without fail from 2009. Now that she is 80 apparently her cover has been deactivated. What could be the problem?

@Hollard If you have an illness, have an op due to an accident, land up in a coma & die a month later, you "had a medical condition".
You didn't keel over cos of your medical condition, your accident landed u in hospital for an op, & that led to coma/death.
Policy, DIRECT/INDIRECT cause.
@Hollard do not pay out accidental policies if you die after the accident & not directly during the accident.
Going to hospital for surgery due to the accident or being in a coma & dying few days or month later as a result of the accident is not deemed to be accidental.
