So today a homeless guy outside a pizza spot asked me if I could buy him something to eat. He said he was hungry, and without really thinking twice I told him, “Yeah, okay.” Then immediately after that, he starts telling me his order preferences 😭 Talking about, “I like extra cheese and pepperoni.” Mind you… I was already doing this out of kindness, not because I’m DoorDash. So I went inside and bought him a regular cheese slice. Nothing crazy, but still food. Canada has almost 40 MILLION people. Yet this govt wants to only help a small fraction of it by offering another "Free to you" payment on the backs of more debt for taxpayers. They are spending like drunken sailors to keep their support. I have NEVER once received a GST rebate because I make too much. Have you ever received it?
