INDIGNACIÓN TOTAL DE LA DECISIÓN QUE TOMA EL TRIBUNAL ELECTORAL ANTE EL TEMA DE NOROÑA…¿USTEDES QUÉ OPINAN? 😡😡😡😡😡
Hoy, las instituciones demostraron que prefieren ceder ante el poder y el miedo, antes que proteger a las mujeres de la violencia machista.
El día de hoy, la mayoría del Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Michoacán (TEEM) decidió lavarse las manos en el Procedimiento Especial Sancionador que inicié contra el Senador Gerardo Fernández Noroña por su sistemático acoso, misoginia y violencia política en mi contra. Con el proyecto de la Magistrada Yurisha Andrade (apoyado por Adrián Hernández y Eric López), el Tribunal se declaró "incompetente" para defenderme.
¿Su pretexto? Que como fui designada por el Congreso del Estado de Michoacán tras la ausencia definitiva y el cobarde homicidio de mi esposo y Presidente Municipal de Uruapan Carlos Alberto Manzo, no fui "electa en las urnas" y, por tanto, consideran que no tengo derechos de naturaleza político-electoral. Para la mayoría del TEEM, existen servidoras públicas de primera y de segunda clase.
Es una aberración jurídica y una discriminación inaceptable. El Estado me exige cumplir con el 100% de las obligaciones constitucionales y hacer frente a la crisis de seguridad para gobernar Uruapan, pero me niega el 100% de mis derechos para acceder a la justicia y defender mi dignidad. Peor aún, resulta indignante escuchar a la Magistrada Andrade insinuar que emiten estas resoluciones por miedo a represalias del Senado de la República. La justicia no puede estar arrodillada.
Afortunadamente, la dignidad, la congruencia y la verdadera perspectiva de género se hicieron presentes. Mi más profundo reconocimiento y agradecimiento a las Magistradas Alma Bahena Villalobos y Ameli Gisell Navarro Lepe, quienes votaron en contra de esta injusticia.
Existe una "equivalencia funcional". Si tengo todas las responsabilidades materiales y formales del cargo, debo contar con la misma protección legal. Dejarnos en la indefensión es una interpretación restrictiva, regresiva y que viola la Constitución.
Que quede muy claro: no me voy a rendir.
No vamos a permitir que el origen de mi cargo, derivado de una tragedia que golpeó profundamente a mi familia y a Uruapan, sea utilizado como un escudo de impunidad para tolerar la violencia política de este personaje.
Impugnaremos esta resolución ante la Sala Regional Toluca del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación (TEPJF). No daremos un solo paso atrás. La violencia política contra las mujeres es inaceptable y las instituciones deben estar para protegernos, no para proteger a los agresores.
