@Monsterbf1Ilove my ice cold take is that not everyone can make or wants to make original characters, full stop. i love writing stories & all it entails, but i disagree with the notion that it inherently has more value than other types of art. plenty of art is not figurative at all

I saw this comment from my portfolio app. I know they meant well, but drawing FF7 character fanarts has been one of the biggest challenge I have ever taken, and has helped me embrace my artstyle more. I don't mind challenges. Ff7 helped me get through my toughest times too.
