At Gans Creek today Emery Plymale improved her 5k time by more than 3 minutes. Awesome job!

Congrats to Analise, Chris, and Emery, they all PR’d today. Emery earned a varsity medal in her first ever cross country race.

Tomorrow (Monday 7/28) we will have our last week of summer workouts. 6:00 - 7:15 am at Holt. Weather permitting we will meet on the track, we will meet in the weight room if weather conditions are poor. We will meet Mon- Wed. There will not be a parent on Monday evening.
