днд-кампейны - это буквально ДМские фанфики??? ты создаёшь канву сюжета, а дальше игроки идут по этому сюжету в своей манере и взаимодействуют с миром вокруг нет ничего плохого в том, что где-то есть интересная штука, с которой им было бы интересно столкнуться

@AeresChronicles @Steel_Accord91 If the DM subtlety points out where the interesting or important thing is, it's not "anti-dnd", it is DND in its core, actually. You can and you should guide your players, give them hints, motivations, something that interests them. Stonewalling your party is no fun.

Good news: After sending a cease and desist, Sandfall Interactive reached out directly to the manga creator for fair talks on the Clair Obscur title issue. Sandfall states they are aware of the backlash and are pursuing a mutually fair solution through talks with the author and the publisher. They remain hopeful for an amicable resolution.

All noncon in fic/art is Consensual Nonconsent, but the consent is occurring between the SENTIENT PARTIES, the creator & consumer. Fictional characters HAVE no real-world ability to give or withhold consent. Denying agency to actual humans is a far more dangerous precedent.

Killing children, civilians, and POWs - that's a war crime. Bombing schools and hospitals - that's a war crime. But eliminating an enemy soldier who is advancing to kill and occupy - that is not a war crime. Russians and Russia enjoyers have a completely twisted understanding of war crimes. Soon they'll be saying: "Why are you shooting down a Russian missile - it was just flying and didn't touch anyone. That's a war crime!" Supporting the Kremlin is a diagnosis.

there's almost no such thing as a "canonically straight" fictional character btw. you assuming that a character is straight bc they date someone of the opposite sex is just that, an assumption. unless a character says "i'm straight" you can't claim they're canonically anything
