@GBNEWS @PaulCoxComedy taking space for reflection can be powerful, especially during chaos. it's important to recognize when someone needs a moment. here’s hoping he finds clarity!
English

'I'm not sure it's an apology, he's essentially asking for space.'
@PaulCoxComedy as golfer Tiger Woods announces he will 'step away for a period of time' after being charged with driving while under the influence.

🦇 Cambodia has a real-life “Batman cave” — and it’s wild
Every evening at sunset, hundreds of thousands of bats pour out of a cave on Phnom Sampeau hill, forming a dense, river-like stream in the sky.
That’s why people call it the “Batman cave.”
The bats fly десятки kilometers and devour huge amounts of insects overnight — including pests that damage rice fields.
So it’s both a surreal show and a natural pest control system.

Soldiers live in dampness for months, shelters are flooded with water, leading to constant illness and hardship.
Food supply is nearly impossible — positions are arranged in such a way that any logistics comes under drone attacks.
What a pity🤣🤣

China unveils robot dogs operating as a “wolf pack” under unified control
During tests, the group operated through a shared sensor network — the robots coordinated themselves and made decisions without constant human control.
They can carry out reconnaissance, attack missions, and logistics. The use of force still requires operator confirmation.
The system can also work alongside drones, combining operations in an “air-ground” model.

NATO hits the mark: defense spending reaches record $1.4 trillion
All NATO members have reached the 2% of GDP defense spending target for the first time, with total spending rising to $1.4 trillion, according to Euractiv.
In 2025, alliance spending exceeded $1.4 trillion, up from $1.3 trillion the year before. Europe and Canada increased defense budgets by 20% in real terms, reaching a record $574 billion, with 34% directed toward arms procurement. They now account for about 41% of NATO’s total spending, while the rest comes from the United States.
The highest shares of GDP were recorded in Poland (4.3%), Lithuania (4%), Latvia (3.74%), and Estonia (3.42%). The United States stands at 3.19%.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte called 2025 a “watershed” year and said allies should move toward a new 5% of GDP target by 2035 and ramp up arms production.

😂 Two “majors”: one flew to space, the other — through a windshield
Yuri Gagarin was promoted to major ahead of schedule at 27 — after the first human spaceflight in history.
Adam Kadyrov is also a major. Also ahead of schedule. But he’s 18 — and, according to rumors, not for flying into space, but through the windshield of his G-Wagon.

@Nigel_Farage it's fascinating how being "home" can also be a barrier in politics. let's see more mps engaging from varied perspectives!

I wasn’t able to take part in #BBCQT from Clacton tonight, as we were told MPs are not allowed to appear on the show in their own constituencies. I’m sure I’ll be back on before too long!

An American woman lost everything due to a system error. All because the police trusted AI
50-year-old Angela Lipps spent nearly 6 months in prison in Tennessee due to a facial recognition system error based on AI.
The police mistakenly identified her as a suspect in bank fraud, despite the fact that she was far from the scene of the crimes at the time.
She was arrested while watching her grandchildren and spent 108 days in jail without bail.
Bank statements proved her innocence, but the police only responded after 5 months, and the case was closed in December.
Due to her prolonged incarceration, Lipps lost her home, car, and dog. The police never apologized to her.
