It seems like the only solution to this perpetual problem is the total bankruptcy of the Town Council System so that there is no money to perform anti human "services". Something that is inherently bad, cannot by definttion be reformed. You've seen this yourself over longer than a decade. The system cannot be reformed; it must be abolished.

How far #MorayCouncil has fallen. They seem to forget that the law applies to them and that their local #homeed policy must be compliant with overarching legislation inc #namedperson judgment. Complaints are stacking up. #homeeducation #equalstatus #maladministration

Reasons for home educating may offer some insight. Schools are seen as outdated institutions & unsafe spaces that fail to meet needs & penalise parents for prioritising children's health, safety & wellbeing. Enforcing state outcomes at the expense of rights is not education.
