Yesterday, State Democrats toured the Rochester Childcare Center. In the face of cuts, the challenges they face are existential. Republicans’ budget gave tens of millions to private schools, but peanuts to childcare. That is fiscally irresponsible, and morally reprehensible.

I am adding the upcoming state budget to the long list of reasons my campaign is focused on increasing the housing inventory in NH. A couple of major sources of revenue will be disappearing next year. Business taxes and real estate transfer taxes are in decline....both will increase with more housing stock.
