It was so nice to be invited over to @HooleLTC & @LTACheshire to deliver a @ParkinsonsCh tennis session. The group really enjoyed having a go of lot’s of sending & receiving tennis activities. Plenty of smiles, laughter and meeting new friends. Photo’s below showing tennis skills

Thanks to an amazing group of member volunteers, we were able to completely plant a 100m wildlife-friendly hedge on Saturday. 12 volunteers + many cups of tea & bacon baps ➡️ 100m planted with over 400 plants🙌 Awesome effort! A big thank you to those that volunteered their time
