@SamNeter @John__Zerafa @shieldsbrief You should definitely try and get some owners from Europe on to discuss club finances , amongst other things. Would very interesting to see revenue model and P&L👀🏀 I'd say they are will to share high level details at minimum!

@John__Zerafa @shieldsbrief I'd love to know the financials but I don't think there's a lot of pro basketball clubs across Europe that are making a lot money for their owners and getting a 'return on investment'.
Making the barriers to entry higher/more expensive, attracts a different type of person.

I think something of note about any potential future BBL franchises: gone are the days of NBL 1 success being enough to get a seat at the table.
Any new BBL franchises will require investors with deep, deep pockets - not millionaires, but multi-millionaires. Money talks.

Useful tip for the gym:
Don’t bring your phone with you. Leave it in the locker/ at home and write out your workout plan on a sheet of paper
Pros: better focus and you won’t look like a little gremlin hunched over your phone between sets
Cons: no listening to cool rap music 🤷🏼♂️

@Johnboy_5c These models are not answer, but indicators that should be used with other indicators. It's the confluence of multiple strong indicator that you should aim to base your decisions on.
Strong brand/ positioning models tend to align with emotional factors in decision-making.

There is an inherent flaw with Business school approach to making decisions (SWOT analysis, pros/cons etc)
People makes big life decisions based on emotional factors over anything else
The most logical argument in the world won’t work if one’s heart isn’t in it
