@OrcamiVT Never! Png, customisable, premade. None of them makes you less of a vtuber. At all! It’s a Great way to start and slowly build up to a custom one later! Many has gone this way, and it’s a very real way to be a vtuber.

Does using a customizable model instead of a custom one made me less of a vtuber?

@MakiRoseVT But minilab for sure is a great one for general production and for travelling I can definitely recommend it

Minilab is easy and very compact with still a lot of knobs and intergration into Ableton (which I use) though it only has one and a half scale (25 keys) The Novation is an upgraded version with more things just a lot more keys. More a studio at home thing then a travelling midi keyboard like the minilab

These 'pre-debut' vtubers are ridiculous. I don't mean the real people who are trying to make an audience before their big day, I mean the bots who pump out ai slop and engagement bait. It's so annoying and ruins the community

"Why haven't you worked on your socials more?" The truth is, I have. I struggle with social anxiety, self-esteem, and trust issues from past toxic friendships. Put those together and reaching out to people feels a lot harder than it probably looks. I've been trying to push myself a little at a time. I post questions hoping to start conversations, comment on posts from people looking for friends, and do my best to stay active. I'm incredibly grateful for the small community I've built, but I'd love to make more friends and create more memories. That doesn't feel like too much to ask. The hardest part is when those attempts are met with silence. No replies or reactions. It makes all those insecurities come rushing back, and I end up pulling into my shell again. What's confusing is that when I make a post encouraging other people or trying to boost someone else's confidence, those posts do really well. It sometimes leaves me wondering if we're all hoping someone else will reach out first, while forgetting to do the same for the people around us. I don't expect everyone to become my best friend. I just wish making genuine connections didn't feel so difficult sometimes. Maybe someone else out there feels the same way.
