Some friends will stay, some will leave. Appreciate the ones who stay solid beside you. This was last year by the way. While I was locked in trying to build and make money, he was more focused on relationships and distractions. I invited him multiple times to join me so we could learn, grow and build together, but his priorities were elsewhere. Eventually, I had to distance myself and fully focus on my path. He would constantly text me about how different girls treated him badly, and over time I got tired of those conversations because that lifestyle and mindset does not interest me. Once he noticed I wasn’t responding the same way anymore, the energy slowly turned into resentment. Not everyone is meant to go the full journey with you. Sometimes growth requires distance. You have to let certain people go and stay committed to the grind.

You cannot enjoy free speech when you are powerless and criminalize it the moment you become influential. Freedom of expression must apply to everyone, celebrities, politicians, activists, and poor young Nigerians on social media alike. The Nigeria Police Force @PoliceNG must stop acting as a private army for the rich and famous, while the judiciary must stop handing down outrageous punishments over internet speech that should never be criminal matters in the first place.

So I went to this barbershop after my regular barber wasn't available and the new guy actually gave me a decent haircut. Then out of nowhere, he sprayed me with this ridiculously strong perfume. I immediately asked him why he did that, and he casually said he sells perfumes in small bottles and that his perfumes “last about a week on the body.” What kind of terrible marketing strategy is that? Why do people always project what they like on others? I was genuinely furious not just because I hated the smell, but because now I’m stuck with it for a while. I’m not even a fan of strong perfumes in the first place. I got home, took a proper shower, and I can STILL smell it on me. Last time that barber go ever see me! Rubbish!
