Klopp isn’t here, Winning is actually so important. Trophies are the way you’ll ultimately be judged as a coach, not just by how beautiful your football was or how competitive your team looked. Klopp is supposed to sit at the table of the all-time Premier League greats, but he probably won’t fully be placed there because he simply didn’t win enough league titles. And that’s the cruel reality of football history. Nobody is going to remember he lost the league by one point. Nobody is going to remember he got 90+ points multiple times and still didn’t win the title. Nobody is going to remember the two close Champions League misses either. Years later, people only count what you lifted, not how painful the margins were. When people mention the great Premier League dynasties, they’ll mention the winners. They won’t stop the conversation to say “but Klopp’s Liverpool were unbelievable too.” History rarely rewards almost. Which is harsh to some extent because Klopp built one of the greatest footballing sides England has ever seen. He took Liverpool from being a sleeping giant into the most emotionally connected and feared team in Europe for a period. The atmosphere, the identity, the intensity, the connection with the fans everything felt massive under him. And tactically, he changed English football too. That heavy-metal pressing, the speed in transition, the aggression without the ball, fullbacks becoming creative hubs, the way his teams suffocated opponents physically and mentally. Liverpool under Klopp didn’t just beat teams, they exhausted them. You could see lot f sides panic once the tempo rose. What makes Klopp special is that he wasn’t coaching a financially untouchable superteam from day one either. He built. He developed players. He elevated them. Salah became historic under him. Mane became world class under him. Firmino became one of the smartest system forwards football has seen. Alexander-Arnold was transformed into a creative monster from right back. Robertson went from relegated player to elite fullback. Henderson was great, Wijnaldum was Superb, James Milner too, He turned Virgil Van-Dijk to an all timer. That’s why a lot of football people rate Klopp higher than his medal count suggests. Because when you actually look at what he did in that Era, it was extraordinary yet he didn’t win enough. But football history is unforgiving. If Klopp had maybe two more league titles and one more Champions League, the conversation around him will be different. He will be universally mentioned beside the absolute untouchable managerial names in Premier League history without hesitation. Fine margins really decide legacy in football more than people want to admit.

Farage not getting his grubby hands on Wales. Luckily there's enough people in the country who love Wales more than they hate brown people. Farage couldn't give a fuck about Wales. Same braindead dogs that voted for someone like Boris who thinks working class are another species.

Milos Kerkez 🗣 "I asked Mo if he'd ever posted the picture on social media so everyone could see it, he told me no so I said: 'I'm going to take a picture of this and post it later'. We went to London together and I decided to post it while we were there. It's pretty nice, huh? It's more tough [for me] to have the individual trophies that he has because I'm a full back. He has scored a lot of goals. But when you see all the team trophies that he's won, of course you look at that as a young player and just think: 'Wow'. You just want to train harder, play harder, win things with the team." @espn @beth_lindop

10 years ago today, I lived every boy’s dream in a Red shirt. Scoring against Borussia Dortmund in the Europa League at Anfield — the lights, the noise, the Kop roaring as we fought back in one of the greatest European nights this club has ever seen. That goal, that moment, that Liverpool shirt… it’s etched in my soul forever. Still gives me goosebumps. Thank you to every teammate, every fan, and everyone who made that night magic. This one’s for the memories that never fade. ❤️ You’ll Never Walk Alone Good luck tonight LFC. BELIEVE!

🗣️ David Beckham: “I remember on day one at Real Madrid, I turn up to training early, REALLY early. Then all of a sudden, Zidane walks in, Raúl walks in, Figo walks in, Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos, they all walked in one after the other. I never really get nervous, but I was like: ‘Okay, this feels different’. I like to be out of a comfort zone and I enjoyed playing there.”

🚨🇵🇹 Nani: "Cristiano Ronaldo will reach 1,000 goals easily, I have no doubt. He wants to reach 1,000 documented goals, because other players like Pele or Romario claimed to hit those numbers, but not all of their goals were recorded." "Cristiano could make a movie with all of his. He’ll get there – even if he has to go to the lowest professional league in the world to do it. But he won’t need to." (@FourFourTwo)

When Peter Crouch arrived at Liverpool in 2005, he spent his first week in a hotel. The striker developed a crush on the hotel receptionist and told his new teammates about her: “I told the guys in training: 'Honestly, she's beautiful. I think that I have a ticket'. Jamie Carragher called the other players over and told me to repeat it: 'Tell them Crouchie'. I did and I told them that I spent all day thinking about her... It's at that moment that they told me the receptionist was Xabi Alonso's wife, my new teammate...” 😂🤣

I've got a weird feeling about this McKenna to Celtic thing. CL football, huge opportunity to win titles and we've seen managers get PL jobs after leaving Celtic (Ange, Rodgers). That and the fact he's looked a frustrated figure of late hasn't he? Hope I'm very wrong! #ITFC
