We shouldn’t need a constitutional amendment. The Fourteenth Amendment provided birthright citizenship to the children of the freed slaves. Not the kids of foreign ambassadors, invading armies, illegal aliens, or Chinese birth tourists. Unfortunately, the Supreme Court justices will likely put their vanity over our sovereignty.
