I think there's a difference between complacency and genuine alignment. If getting your full sex changed was as simple as stepping into a pod and coming out transformed, with full societal support and zero internalized transphobia or shame, and you still "wanted to keep it" then I might suggest "woman" isn't the right word for them, but ultimately identity is a process we have to figure out. I believe that having a deep, internal (even if repressed) alignment with primary sex characteristics determines your gender, at least on the binary, because otherwise "man" and "woman" is just meaningless.

Its more of a "yeah if I had a penis for 24hours I would do this n that and it would be awesome". But theyd actually lose it if they grew a permanent penis overnight
