I did it!! Radiation is done.
I will still have the side effects for a few weeks, but at least I don't have to face the machine every day.
The isolation was difficult.
Being embraced by the machine was a bad trip.
The blinking light was comforting, because when it stopped blinking, it meant people were gonna come back into the room and get me out.
I pray I don't have to do that again.
Next week, I'm back to my regular 2 hour IV treatment every 3 weeks.
Didn't think I'd ever look forward to that, but radiation was worse.
I wish this whole cancer thing could be done soon.
That won't happen tho. I'm stage 4. It's always gonna be a part of me.
It could become stable. 🤷♀️ Let's see what happens. Cancer always surprises.

@hotmail_o_com 💜the scan showed the liver tumor is shrinking! Yay!! I haven't seen the rest of the results, but hopefully this means I get the zap! Haha 😅 I'm seeing the doctors next week.

Facing another big CT scan tomorrow.
The tumor in my armpit is being an arse and started growing again.
If the tumors in my liver and breast are also growing, I will probably have chemo again. 🫠
If they're not growing, they zap my armpit with radiation. 😅

I just gotta do it. No other way.
