Supreme Court just ruled 8 to 1 in favor of a Christian counselor's First Amendment rights against Colorado's conversion therapy ban. Every justice on that court agreed it was a free speech case. Every single one except Ketanji Brown Jackson who stood alone arguing it was a threat to public health. This is the same justice who could not define what a woman is when asked directly during her confirmation hearing. She cannot define a woman but she has strong opinions about how counselors should be allowed to talk to them. 8 to 1 is not a dissent. That is an embarrassment.
