It is my time to vent. @HotpointKenya sold me a dead dishwasher. After six months of follow-up, they gave me a new one but it is like they've refused to fix it. Its still sitting in my kitchen for two weeks now. Every day, they've a story. Very disappointed.

@footsoldierRow Ah i am going through it with @HotpointKenya bought a von fridge with a 12 month warranty and 10year compressor warranty. How the compressor conveniently broke down on the 13th month that is January is diabolical!
My last three purchases from Hotpoint at Sarit have all broken down and needed part replacement within their first few uses.
I’m wondering if things changed, if they keep reselling refurbished units or what’s happening? The last one the muindi was sketchy about testing and
