Yes, and here are the brethren of Northumberland who had a wonderful day at Grand Lodge

From EAF to WM and SW. Congratulations to W Bro Martynas and Bro Leo at the Installation meeting of Hotspur Lodge held earlier this year attended by RW Bro Ian Craigs on one of his last engagements before retiring as PGM.

The brethren were treated to an excellent explanation of the 1st degree tracing board at their recent December meeting, which was followed by a sumptuous traditional meal at the festive board. Very best wishes to all for a Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year.

A great night was had at the Hotspur Lodge Gala Dinner Dance at The County, Newcastle last night. We were very well entertained with live music by the talented Alex Lomas. Thank you for your support and the tremendous sum of £445 raised from the raffle.

At our very enjoyable Christmas meeting we raffled a specially made for us cake. We cut into it and had a piece with our coffees; delicious. The winner took home almost half that was left. We raised £65 to be donated to the Newcastle Dog and Cat Centre.
