@ultabeauty What’s with your customer service? 4 days since I emailed, 3 days since I put in a text request- no response. Called yesterday and the rep was so condescending I asked to speak to a supervisor, no one available so they said they’d call me back. No call a day later

@Litter_Robot A TON of nerve giving anything away while you jerk around your customers. No reason whatsoever to wait until your shipping deadline to inform people that their wildly expensive product, that you ALREADY CHARGED FOR is delayed a full month because of decisions you made weeks ago.
I love Bretman Rock because he literally made it just by being himself.. Unlike these other “gurus” who lie and endorse products just for money. It’s sad when people from here hate on him because he literally reps Hawai’i everywhere he goes and in everything he does.
