I once had a colleague who constantly talked about wanting to lose weight. One day she would say, “I can't wait to lose some weight and wear fitted gowns.” Another day it was, “I wish my tummy was as flat as yours.” I always encouraged her because she genuinely seemed interested. I suggested simple things like morning walks or short runs a few times a week. Months later, nothing had changed. When I asked why, she told me her husband said he loved her exactly the way she was and didn't want her stressing herself about weight loss. Then came the excuses: Who would stay with the kids? Who would prepare breakfast? Who would get kids ready for school? As we talked, it became obvious that every possible solution had already been dismissed. Ironically, months later she told me how she found out that her husband had been cheating on her with a much slimmer woman and how she no longer listens to his discouraging comments about keeping fit and that she has already gotten her Gym membership card already. So sometimes, these women are intentional about keeping fit but most times their husbands do not actively support them and even go ahead to deceive them with “honey I like you just the way you are” only to go cheat with a woman with a completely different body type. 🤦🏽‍♀️

the ronaldo hate is so forced atp. i don't understand the logic of these haters. starting from 2007 until 2025, ronaldo finished ahead of messi 8 times in the ballon d'or rankings and messi finished ahead of ronaldo 8 times in that same duration. so, if messi is the greatest player of all time (which he is) and another player managed to eclipse the goat in the rankings just as many times as messi did to him, how come he's not the second greatest? if he's not top 3, you are basically saying there have been at least two other players who could have had better seasons playing against prime messi. that's literally what being better than someone means. if that's the case, then how is messi the undisputed goat if multiple other players can eclipse him in more seasons than ronaldo did? and you can't even apply the "messi played in a weaker team" logic because barca fans consistently claim pep's barca is the greatest team of all time, msn > bbc, xavi+iniesta+busquets > kroos+modric+casemiro, ramos was a bad defender, carvajal is an average rb, etc. so despite playing in what they claim was a much weaker team, ronaldo managed to have just as many better seasons than messi as messi has over him. even if you leave the logic aside, you ask these clowns whether they'd want their favourite club to win a ucl or not, they would obviously say a big yes. this guy literally owns that competition. he has 40+ goals from the ucl quarter-finals onwards stage, which is more than twice as many as the greatest player of all time, messi. his international legacy is so underappreciated by the haters. before ronaldo, portugal just played in 3 world cups in 70+ years and got knocked out in the group stage in 2 of them. only after ronaldo do they consistently participate in all world cups and they have reached the knockout stage 4 times. he was an important player in winning them their first ever major international trophy at euro 2016. the revisionism of ronaldo's career is so forced. these clowns act as if not being better than messi is something shameful. he single-handedly won more ucls in a decade than your favourite club might have won in their whole history, and definitely more than the time you've been watching football.

Something happened in Ota, Ogun State today. This guy on green jersey kneeling down is named Owolabi Moses. He's a driver to one Mr Chidozie Joseph who runs a depot, so Owolabi Moses helps him with supply. Owolabi Moses planned with three other guys to kidnap his boss Mr Chidozie Joseph, extort all his money by way if ransom payment but still murder him. One of the guys he contacted for the job who works as a butcher and had earlier agreed to it suddenly developed cold feet and his conscience started to prick him. So he went to the office of the community vigilante group, named So Safe Security and reported himself and the others about what they were planning. The rest of the gang were all arrested and have been handed over to the police. I have videos were they confessed to planning the crime at the police state.
