Something happened in Ota, Ogun State today. This guy on green jersey kneeling down is named Owolabi Moses. He's a driver to one Mr Chidozie Joseph who runs a depot, so Owolabi Moses helps him with supply. Owolabi Moses planned with three other guys to kidnap his boss Mr Chidozie Joseph, extort all his money by way if ransom payment but still murder him. One of the guys he contacted for the job who works as a butcher and had earlier agreed to it suddenly developed cold feet and his conscience started to prick him. So he went to the office of the community vigilante group, named So Safe Security and reported himself and the others about what they were planning. The rest of the gang were all arrested and have been handed over to the police. I have videos were they confessed to planning the crime at the police state. Mr Chidozie Joseph would have been taken and murdered after ransom is paid. - Kelly Hassino

@HAHayatu No NDC supporter will celebrate impunity of government

The ADC deregistration cannot succeed obviously but you see to those NDC supporters who are celebrating, God help you they do not pass unfavorable judgement against NDC registration, there is no alibi for them like the ADC that have the constitution supporting them. NDC did not pass through INEC registration process and was not among shortlisted associations for registration, they are just registered by court order, so even a magistrates if they have jurisdiction can easily order their deregistration. So mellow down 😂

NDC have clearly breached first requirement for a party to be deregistered which is breaching any registration process according to section 225A of the constitution. NDC was registered by a court order, a court can never create a party.

They are celebrating a court order not a ruling, because its against ADC. Obidients are not fighting against the present administration(Bola Tinubu) but against Atiku and Ameachi. Know this and have peace.

The Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday ordered the deregistration of African Democratic Congress (ADC) and four others over failure to meet the constitutional requirements for political parties in the country. Justice Peter Lifu, in a judgement, ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to deregistered the affected parties having failed to secure 25 per cent of the votes in the last general elections in compliance with the provisions of the law. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the five political parties include ADC, Accord (A), Action Alliance (AA), Action Peoples Party (APP) and Zenith Labour Party (ZLP).
