The applicant's atty is reminding the commission the project uses SDBL and is covered by the HAA. Commission is questioning applicant, pushing for 2 stories (these are 3). Answer is no. Now they want a different color palate. Applicant says they are open to a change of color.

Tonight we are in Westminster at a planning commission meeting to support 28 small lot SF w/ 9 ADUs. There's moderate and low income homes, which gives the project 100% density bonus. The site is in the housing element and employs AB 130. All but bulletproof! So why are we here?
