Let’s not pretend they won’t deserve it. We’ll be watching.

Top four is secured for Atletico, so this is the logical thing to do.
Bayern rested all players because the league is secured, PSG will probably do the same.
Then there's us, with a criminal organisation chasing us

🚨 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Not a single player that started vs Arsenal is starting for Atlético Madrid today. Diego Simeone has benched his ENTIRE TEAM.

My understanding is Pep Guardiola will step down at the end of the season with Enzo Maresca all but agreed to take charge next season.
Let me explain.
Everyone at their club knows this is the direction of travel and they have gone as far as to talk about naming a stand in his honour.
The reason it has not been reported as of yet is because every single credible journalist fears Pep and his erratic nature of making a U-Turn “out of the blue” and you cant attach your lifes work and reputation to such a erratic yet genius human being without being 100000% sure and I respect that.
In summary, City have prepared for life without him with everything in place hoping he says “ we cannoh replace me”
The direction of travel is for him to step down and they have agreed an in-depth package with Maresca.
They will deny it and I respect that but…
Let the chips fall where they may.

A clear breach of Uefa rules.

A cynic might say Atletico are only watering the end of the pitch Arsenal will be defending in the second half…

Absolute joke that the Burnley game has been moved to the Monday at this late notice. So many fans of both clubs out of pocket having booked flights, hotels, travel, etc. So many now won't be able to go because of work issues, childcare, etc.
Final home game of the season, place should be bouncing afterwards, especially if there is something on the Palace game for Arsenal. Supporters roaring the team on at the lap of appreciation, etc, before they head to Selhurst Park.
Yet that will probably be at about 10.30/10.45pm now, probably to a half empty stadium because do many have to get off for trains, etc.
It's just a disgraceful situation. Again, zero thought for fans at all. Broadcasters just don't care.
