@TheBuddyCSM He really emphasized why and how you should counsel junior officer, ncos and junior soldiers. He was invested in our growth and it showed. He showed what it meant to raise up your junior soldiers to get the spotlight when they deserve it. Also, that family always wins.

I think I’m going to like Tacoma, WA.

I had no idea that eastern Oregon and eastern Washington were like deserts. But man, this area is beautiful.

I aspire to this level of inserting puns in a serious document.

We went to an “uninhabited island” and rented bikes and toured the massive island. The monkeys and giant lizards were welcome friends in the jungle.

Discovered a famous, active Buddhist temple in the heart of the city. It was very cool to see.

These are food that contain mainly a fruit called Durian. Durians are pungent and are banned on public transportation. It was okay and did kinda stink. 10/10 experience but 5/10 for smell and taste.

This is called “the Jewel” and is inside the central airport. It was like a Jurassic jungle with a futuristic wormhole looking waterfall. It was beautiful.

The National Gallery of Singapore sadly was not completely free and to see the best exhibits required dumping a lot of money. That turned me off as I think viewing art should be free. I did enjoy though the single free exhibit.

This is a 130yrs old food market. It had a wide variety of food choices which is where we tried stingray and Hong Kong styled beef. 10/10

The Marina Bay Sands (MBS as the locals call it) was insane. It was our first stop and it had a mall, casino, restaurants, and even a canal with gondolas. The observation deck was mid though at the top.
