It's hard to talk about fighting game difficulty online because people either want to talk about how soft other people are for not being based enough to play a real man's game or they just want to indulge in what I call "skill-based matchmaking induced schizophrenia"

@LordRadiance In CF, special moves all do 30% damage if used more than once in the same combo (except Hakumen in Mugen). This counts for supers too, but OD supers and regular supers are coded as different moves, so the final super doesn't suffer the 30% damage penalty.

People here are confused about the robbery while im here confused about if od supers and non od dupers when used in the same combo scale differently

@bedofbriars The crazy thing to me is that this is entirely the appeal of the FGC for me. Team games make it meaningfully harder to isolate your own skill issues from bad team coordination especially if you’re solo queuing. And fighting games take away the social stress to hold your weight
