@Split82 @hrincarp showing me #beatsaber back in 2017 backstage at Gamescom. This moment motivated me to get into the VR industry. Thanks for making it and good luck for the future 🥽

@iPixelGalaxy @Split82 I would say the best way is to email support@beat-games.com (hmm, or ask @BeatSaber)

@hrincarp @Split82 This issue seems to have been resolved. Have you possibly looked into this issue because this is still around I believe, the controllers are being offset in an odd direction. Also is there a better way to get in contact to report these kinds of bugs than twitter?
iPixelGalaxy@iPixelGalaxy
Heya @Split82 not sure if this is a known issue but figured I'd report this before it becomes an actual issue in a public branch, you guys seem to have screwed up controller settings in the recent beta branch, and Z Rotation doesn't work *at all*

Thanks @BeatSaber for fixing the issue with the audio with #MixedReality capture! I can record it again using @reality_mixer 🥳 #Quest2
English

@fabio914 @BeatSaber @reality_mixer Question: was the not working audio issue presented before (e.g. in 1.19.0), or is it after we enabled oculus MRC by default?
English

@BeatSaber @hrincarp @reality_mixer This is still happening with the version that was released on the 14th☹️ It seems that Beat Saber, unlike other games, is sending no audio data. That makes me wonder if the Mixed Reality solution from the Oculus Mobile app is actually using the audio from Casting.

English

@hrincarp Sorry to bother you again, but it seems that I’m no longer receiving any audio from Beat Saber when using Mixed Reality Capture with version 1.19.0b (that version that doesn’t require us to enable MRC) and @reality_mixer, I wonder if something has changed. 🤔
English

@hrincarp @BeatSaber I just tested this version now, the right controller is working perfectly and so is Mixed Reality Capture, thanks 😃
English

Did anyone else notice that you're unable to use the right controller to click on the @BeatSaber menu (Quest version) if #MixedReality Capture is enabled? I wonder if they were using that controller for the calibration.
English

@fabio914 @BeatSaber BTW: we just released a public beta branch where Oculus Mixed Reality is enabled by default (twitter.com/BeatSaber/stat…) You can try it to see if the right controller is working.
Beat Saber@BeatSaber
Hey players, we just released a public beta branch. What is new: - Oculus Mixed Reality is enabled by default - LIV SDK has been updated to version 1.5.4 To opt-in, switch to Steam Beta branch or Oculus channel named '1.19.0_mrc_update_public_beta'.
English

@hrincarp @BeatSaber I tested again and this issue also happens without the mrc.xml file. You just need to enable MRC, then quit Beat Saber, then the next time you launch Beat Saber the right controller won't work on the menu (until you disable MRC and restart Beat Saber again).
English

@fabio914 @BeatSaber Interesting, we still can't reproduce this :(
English

@fabio914 @BeatSaber Unfortunately we aren't able to reproduce the issue. Maybe try to reset or remove your mrc.xml file.
English

@fabio914 @BeatSaber Thank you, are you using Quest 1 or Quest 2?
English

@hrincarp @BeatSaber I also already had a mrc.xml file with the calibration and I haven’t tried to reproduce the issue without it.
English

@hrincarp @BeatSaber Yeah I have, I’ll try restarting my headset see if that helps
English

@Distinct2nd @BeatSaber yes, it should also be on quest. Have you updated the game to v1.13.2?
English

@hrincarp @BeatSaber yeah already tried that couple of times, still same issue.
English

Hey @BeatSaber. I'm having issue with Oculus Quest Mixed Reality after updating. The ingame alignment is abit off.
