There are only about 10 Republicans in the House right now that are refusing to vote to reauthorize FISA without warrant requirements and a few other changes.
The rest of them are completely fine with voting to give your tax payer funded government the ability to spy on you without having to get a warrant first.
Trump said he will give up his rights for FISA and is demanding Republicans “ just pass it” even after FISA was used to secretly spy on his campaign and had been used against hundreds of thousands of Americans.
The betrayals are increasingly so bad. I don’t know how they face their constituents.

The President is using his war on Iran and last night’s WHCD shooting as excuses to give up your rights so that Congress just passes a clean extension of FISA 702.
It’s ridiculous and absurd that any President who has sworn an oath to uphold the constitution would ever tell Americans to give up your rights so the government has the ability to spy on you, especially a government that has already done it to not only him, but to hundreds of thousands of Americans.
And what’s even more ridiculous is that Congress can easily re-authorize FISA 702 with warrant requirements to protect American citizens rights and still be able to go after terrorist.
The questions you should be asking is why is this so hard for them and why would the President of the United States demand a clean re-authorization of FISA 702 without warrant requirements???

The land is Britain's. The people there are British. The people there don't want to be taken over by the Argentinians or anyone else, and their experience there will mean they never want to be taken over ever again.
Are you suggesting that someone else can march into the land of another country, take it by force, and regardless of the wishes of the people exercise sovereignty over them? That is a philosophy which if practised in the rest of the world there would be no order, no alliances, no friendship, no human rights, no self-determination, no democracy—no nothing.
Democracy and self-determination is about the wishes of those people on that land by a democratic process. I hope in the second half of the 20th century we all agree about that. Otherwise, you're going to multiply the conflicts to a hideous extent.
