Called #Dyson today about problem with a 5 year old vacuum cleaner. Way out of warranty. Service rep did a video diagnostic on the call. Response: “There’s a problem with the filter. You haven’t complained in 5 years. We will send you a new filter free of charge for goodwill.”

@hrushb Good that you had good experience. But people facing difficulty with services from other companies are not negativity echo chamber. As you put your good experience, they are putting their experience out there. Why faltu ka gyan added to so positive vibe tweet of yours

@hrushb This is definitely more than a positive experience. No one expects that. They probably have me as their future potential customer due to this.

All of this to add an <hr> tag? What new hell have we welcomed?

I tasked Claude in Paper and Figma with adding the same component to my page Here is the comparison: The task was to add a thin strip under my projects section to prompt visitors to explore more on a separate page 📄 Paper: - 3.4K tokens used, took 3:20 min - few errors when calling tools - UI indicates that an agent is working on the canvas - solid structure: auto-layout, no fixed widths, only named the highest parent layer - used SVG to create an arrow (its clipped tho) - result is ok but little off-brand: wrong font weights, wrong button styling 🎨 Figma: - used 8.1K tokens used, took 6:30 min - many errors, and tool timeouts during the process - no indicator from within Figma if agent is working on something - very good structure: auto-layout, no fixed widths, named layers - used a standard text symbol as arrow - result is simple but matches the website theme well Overall the result Figma provided is something I'd actually use. Paper is faster but lacking in terms of design quality Now lets talk larger tasks In Figma the token use, amount of errors and time it takes genuinely becomes an issue Claude gets confused and starts randomly duplicating frames... running for 30 minutes then timing out with absolutely unusable result Paper handles this fine but comes up with a bellow average result that doesn't match the design system most of the time So in practice you won't get a production (or near production) ready design out of neither of these tools right now Figma seems alright for small tasks, Paper might be useful for general design direction exploration

Most brands I work with have the strategy figured out. They just can’t execute fast enough. Someone built a fix for that. It’s called Helena — the OpenClaw for marketing. Give it your URL, and it runs your marketing for you: → Reads your site, ads, analytics, and competitors automatically → Builds and deploys email flows in Klaviyo or Mailchimp → Writes SEO content and publishes it weekly to Webflow, WordPress, or Ghost → Launches and manages Meta + Google ad campaigns from scratch → Generates UGC video via Sora and static ads via Nano Banana → Posts to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest in your voice → Spies on competitor ads across Meta and Google → Daily brief: what ran, what worked, what’s next No agency retainer. No CLI. No dev. No setup rabbit hole. Give it your URL, and it runs marketing for you while you sleep. Comment “Helena” below, and a member of the Enrich Labs team will send you the link + free access.

So, Cluely, the “cheat at everything” startup cheated on their SOC2 cert? Why did they even need SOC2?

Why are there so many different tools needed in this “2026” GTM stack?
Dan Rosenthal@dan__rosenthal

There are 2 types of GTM stacks in 2026: The legacy stack: → ZoomInfo for contacts, paying $40K+ for stale data → Salesforce for everything, paying consultants to maintain it → Mailchimp for outreach, not built for sequences in the slightest → 6sense for ABM, paying enterprise prices for a dashboard The challenger stack: → Clay for enrichment + orchestration → Findymail for verified contacts → Instantly.ai for email sequences → HeyReach for LinkedIn outreach → n8n for workflow automation → Seam AI for ABM The challenger stack costs a fraction, ships features faster, and integrates natively with the AI layer. Every category has a new winner. And most of them didn't exist 3 years ago.
