🚨 Concerns are growing about a wave of death sentences and arbitrary and secret executions against protest detainees, including children, in the coming weeks.

Those interviewed said that prosecutors and prison officials have systematically denied detainees access to their families and lawyers and refuse to provide information about detainees’ fate and whereabouts.

Human Rights Watch spoke with people both inside and outside Iran, including detained protesters; relatives of people killed, detained, and/or forcibly disappeared; people participating in protests; lawyers; human rights defenders; medical professionals; and journalists.

An internet shutdown has plunged Iran into a communications blackout as authorities continue to unleash their deadly repression against protesters. UN member states should press Iran to stop the bloodshed and pursue accountability.

یافته‌های این سازمان‌ها نشان می‌دهد نیروهای امنیتی از جمله سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی و نیروی انتظامی ایران (فراجا)، چگونه از تفنگ، شاتگان‌های مجهز به ساچمه فلزی، ماشین آبپاش، گاز اشک‌آور، و ضرب و شتم برای متفرق کردن، تهدید، و مجازات معترضان عمدتاً مسالمت‌آمیز استفاده کرده‌اند.

دیده‌بان حقوق بشر و عفو بین‌الملل امروز گفتند مقامات ایران سرکوبی مرگبار علیه معترضان در سراسر کشور از هفتم دی ۱۴۰۴ پیاده کرده‌اند، که با استفاده غیرقانونی نیروهای امنیتی از نیروی قهریه و سلاح گرم و دستگیری‌های دسته‌جمعی خودسرانه همراه بوده است.

Iranian authorities are brutally cracking down on nationwide protests. At least 27 protesters and bystanders, including children, have been killed in just over a week. Iranian authorities should cease the use of unlawful force and release those arrested for exercising their human rights.

سازمان دیده‌بان حقوق بشر در حال بررسی این وضعیت است و از مقامات می‌خواهد هرگونه استفاده غیرقانونی از زور علیه معترضان را متوقف کنند و همه افرادی را که به دلیل اعمال حقوق بشری خود، از جمله حق تجمع مسالمت‌آمیز، بازداشت شده‌اند، فوراً و بدون قید و شرط آزاد کنند.

سازمان دیده‌بان حقوق بشر عمیقاً از گزارش‌ها درباره سرکوب خشونت‌آمیز اعتراضات توسط مقامات ایرانی و کشته شدن معترضان، در شرایطی که مصونیت سیستماتیک و گسترده دولت در قبال نقض‌های فاحش حقوق بشر در گذشته و حال ادامه دارد، نگران است.

مقام‌های مسئول باید فوراً و بدون قید و شرط تمام افرادی را که در ارتباط با استفاده از حقوق انسانی خود بازداشت شده‌اند، آزاد کنند.

پسر آقای آدینه‌زاده در جریان سرکوب خشونت‌آمیز حکومتی علیه اعتراضات «زن، زندگی، آزادی»، در میان فضایی از سرکوب شدت گرفته و همه جانبه در برخورد با مخالفان، به ضرب گلوله کشته شد.

سازمان دیدبان حقوق بشر از بازداشت چندین مدافع حقوق بشر در ایران، از جمله برنده جایزه صلح نوبل نرگس محمدی، سپیده قلیان، پوران ناظمی، هستی امیری و عالیه مطلب‌زاده به‌شدت ابراز نگرانی می‌کند.
