HSC Pension Service will be closed on Thursday 25th, Friday 26th December 2025 and Thursday 1st January 2026. Due to Christmas holidays, there will be an early payment date for Pensions on 23rd of December. We wish you all a safe and happy Christmas and New Year period.

@DistantStar3 Your RSS should also be available to you on MSS. It may be that you need to select an alternative employment via the drop down tab on the top right of the screen in order to view it. @hscpensions When will the 2025 Annual benefit statements be released and available on the member self service portal? Also why have all the annual allowance details disappeared, along with no access to my Remedial statement?

@DistantStar3 Hi, the 2025 Annual Benefit Statement will be released by the 31st of August this year. In regards to the annual allowance data view, we are having intermittent issues with that at present, but if you would like to email us with any queries at hscpensions@hscni.net we can assist.

@hscpensions The online portal does not seem to be working

New Online Portal for Pensioners: Member Self Service is now available for pensioners. You can register and view your payslips and P60s online using this service. We will no longer be issuing pay advices or P60s by post. Visit our website for instructions on how to register.

Following the introduction of the McCloud legislation; we are currently developing software and processes, to ensure this is done efficiently for all members to make an informed decision. There is nothing you need to do, as we’ll contact members directly, when action is required.
