We speed ran the same prompt through B3OS and Claude Code and got 2 very different results: B3OS created a live url in under 2 mins, ready for agents or people to accept fiat + any token on any chain. Claude, which required several prompts over 7mins, could only send instructions. We could not circumvent having to manually sync our vercel and alchemy accounts. What's the difference? - Claude is a general purpose AI. - B3OS is AI operating a purpose-built machine. B3OS understands crypto, payments, wallets and all the tools you use every day, natively.

When I built menugen ~1 year ago, I observed that the hardest part by far was not the code itself, it was the plethora of services you have to assemble like IKEA furniture to make it real, the DevOps: services, payments, auth, database, security, domain names, etc... I am really looking forward to a day where I could simply tell my agent: "build menugen" (referencing the post) and it would just work. The whole thing up to the deployed web page. The agent would have to browse a number of services, read the docs, get all the api keys, make everything work, debug it in dev, and deploy to prod. This is the actually hard part, not the code itself. Or rather, the better way to think about it is that the entire DevOps lifecycle has to become code, in addition to the necessary sensors/actuators of the CLIs/APIs with agent-native ergonomics. And there should be no need to visit web pages, click buttons, or anything like that for the human. It's easy to state, it's now just barely technically possible and expected to work maybe, but it definitely requires from-scratch re-design, work and thought. Very exciting direction!

We're tracking a degen experiment in the making on Base: Rouletter $RLTR.
Built by @gogokikaider on B3OS infrastructure. The concept: send ETH/USDC to a contract, get 2-7 random Base tokens back. Simple on-chain casino.
The website is up (rouletter.xyz) but the dev is still building out the core mechanics. He's been very transparent about it — explicitly telling people NOT to send funds yet until staking and burning are wired up.
What caught our attention:
• The $RLTR contract ships with governance, vesting, and controlled inflation — not a basic pump token
• Dev is a known Base community builder (4K followers, multiple shipped projects)
• He's even offering manual refunds to anyone who sent funds too early
Very early. Mechanics not live yet. But a transparent dev building something fun on-chain. One to revisit once the full game launches.

When we started B3, Onchain Gaming was already taboo.
We believed that we could change the narrative by "doing things differently."
We took "different" maybe a little too literally 🫠: while most startups focus on a 1 product, we launched 14 in just 12 months.
Some saw success, but the reality was none of these products had PMF. The primitives underneath, however, did solve real problems.
We thought: why don't we turn our infra into building blocks that we can reuse to build future products faster and more reliably.
From the ashes of gaming tech, B3OS arose: An AI workflow builder that natively understands crypto.
We used the tool to reliably generate complex workflows that improved our own business (vesting, wallet management, payments, etc).
We then built the onchain logic for useful products like WalletGas.com.
Unlike Claude, we could rely on this tool to both understand how to build onchain and produce consistent results - operating in a sandbox with everything (core primitives, integrations, smart contracts, etc) the engine needs.
Who wouldn't need this product?
It allows builders to innovate, enterprises to quickly automate bespoke solutions for their operational stack, even traders could use it.
It's prompt flow is so familiar that you don't even need to be a developer (let alone a solidity developer) to use it. You can even integrate it directly in Claude.
We didn't set out to build B3OS, but we discovered a serious focus through our experimentation.
