Vinluan is having a hard time trying to discredit the facts so he’s trying to throw punches on certain details that he think can shake Lotoc. Sotto asking the question we all wanted to ask slapped Vinluan hard.

Impeachment is sui generis — neither criminal nor civil. It is about fitness for office, not criminal conviction. Technicalities aside, REPEATEDLY threatening the country’s top officials is exactly the kind of conduct that invites scrutiny for betrayal of public trust.

you can’t be condescending to a witness when they say that they don’t know. ‘wag niyong pilitin magkamali ‘yung witness by forcing him to answer questions outside his jurisdiction. #VPonTrial

what’s most impressive about agent calilung and atty lotoc as witnesses is that they will NOT budge. the defense keeps trying to get them to answer questions that they’re not competent to answer, out of their jurisdiction, etc., but they refuse to answer 😆 #VPonTrial
