We are here to offer any kind of assistance 24/7.

@Fat_Electrician totally screaming into the aether here but you should totally make a video on how @DoorDash will refund your canceled orders as credit, and then support will intentionally misunderstand your requests for a refund as request for credit so you never get your money.

Holy fucking shit is right! This is not DoorDash, and I would fire anyone who promoted or tolerated the kind of culture described in this Reddit post. There’s so much wrong with this post. - Dashers are not “human assets.” - Having a metric like a "Desperation Score” is an abomination. - We’ve never had a “Driver Benefit Fee”. - Why would you charge for faster delivery but not make it faster?? We’re not perfect by *any* stretch of the imagination, but we work every day to make our platform better for everyone who comes to it. What’s described here is appalling, and if true, whoever is operating in this manner should be ashamed.

@DoorDash @t_xu We had an undelivered order. We called the restaurant and the driver was clearly on drugs with a child in car. Reported to Doordash. A week later they said they didn’t receive our documentation, but the driver falsely reported delivered on app. DD responded no refund past date.

@NinerNick_22 @ChipotleTweets @DoorDash I truly don’t understand DoorDash. You pay significantly more for food that (a) someone else handles, therefore can mess with (b) it’s always lukewarm and disgusting and (c) you need to tip for this service.

@DoorDash hey so one of your drivers in Dallas, TX sucks ass. He ended up delivering to the wrong door, then my order was already on the concrete floor with cats next door….? What the hell

@DoorDash there’s way too many drivers from out of state coming here and taking all the work. We’re already overstaffed here. Come on.
