Hello. We have received some messages on here and IG wondering why we have not been updating, so we thought it would be best to clear up the confusion.
We have all seen what came out yesterday, and it did not sit right with any of our admins. This account is run by real people, with some of us being Black and People of Color, and we have feelings too. We are allowed to feel upset by this, as is anyone else. We all have so much love and adoration for Hudson, but it is so disheartening and disappointing to see someone we support attached to an account like that.
Anti Blackness is not something that is taken seriously in the world, and it shows with a lot of the reactions from within this fandom and especially in the reasoning for why this was posted only now. Please listen to the people that this directly affects, and don’t police others on how they should feel.
There is a lot that is still unclear about the situation, and until that gets cleared up we will not be updating. We will be taking the weekend, both for our mental health and to see if anything else comes out about this. But again we thought we would clear up any confusion and make it known where we stand. We understand that this may upset some of you, but this is our account, not yours.

Rachel Reid on Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie and their quick rise to fame.
“They’re as wonderful as everyone wants them to be. They’re lovely people, they’re funny and they’re really hard-working and they took these roles seriously and respected the source material and the characters, which I really appreciated. They’re just incredibly talented and incredibly smart and funny, and I think they’ve handled the sudden fame really well. I’m just really impressed with them.”

Rachel Reid talked about her group chat with Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie in a recent interview with Rolling Stone.
“Reid tells Rolling Stone that during filming, she, Williams, and Storrie started a group chat to share their hopes for the series. Looking back, Reid calls that text chain a perfect snapshot of how unprepared any of them were for the show’s response. “[Those texts] seem so innocent,” she says, laughing. “‘What if you were on a billboard? What if there was an ad on TV?’ As we got closer, I was like, ‘What if one of you was on a talk show?’””

Herald Economy (헤럴드경제) featured Hudson Williams in a new article alongside Sandra Oh, Ha Yerin, Steven Yeun, Charles Melton and more, emphasizing the rise of Korean talent in Hollywood and in global entertainment.
"Born to a Korean mother and a father of British and Dutch descent, Hudson Williams was an unknown actor juggling acting with part-time work at a restaurant before the success of his work. However, he rose to stardom overnight with his nuanced emotional performance in 'Heated Rivalry,' and appeared as a Golden Globe presenter just two months after the series' release. At the recent Met Gala, he once again became the center of attention with a Balenciaga look reminiscent of a bullfighter"
