A huge thanks to Tiffany Tse @twinksy for the feature, and of course, to all of you for your love and support. Our exquisite dishes are not just food; they're our family's heart and soul on white plates and in bowls. These recipes? They've been passed down through generations, bringing a slice of our heritage to your table in Fountain Valley, Redondo Beach, and Torrance (very soon). What an unforgettable morning! 🎉 We just celebrated the official unveiling of legendary artist @therobertvargas ’ “Samurai of the Diamond” mural at the @DoubleTreeTSB hotel in Torrance! ⚾🎨 The crowd was essentially at max capacity — so many people came out to witness this beautiful moment and see Robert Vargas’ work in person. This massive freehand masterpiece honors @Dodgers stars Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, and Roki Sasaki — a powerful cultural bridge celebrating Japanese heritage, Dodgers pride, and Torrance’s strong friendship with Japan. We are so grateful he chose Torrance for this landmark piece — it’s now a completed 12-story masterpiece that brings our community together. Hats off to Mayor @georgekchen and @TorranceCA for their incredible support — including presenting Robert with the 'Key to the City' and naming him an honorary 'Cultural Ambassador'! Longer version of my visit! 🚀 Stopped by the "Samurai of the Diamond" mural project in Torrance over a week ago—watching legendary artist @therobertvargas in full beast mode paint this epic tribute to Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, and Roki Sasaki on the @DoubleTreeTSB hotel wall! 🌟⚾🎨 It was such an honor to meet him in person, chat about his vision for this cultural bridge between LA and Japan... and even better—he came by and enjoyed some Phở at our family restaurant, Pho Hue Oi 🍜❤️ We truly appreciate him choosing Torrance for this meaningful, larger-than-life piece—(it's almost near completion) landmark celebrating our community's Japanese heritage and Dodgers pride!
