@AerLingus Why was it so hard to get my luggage to me ?? It took 30 days & i had to buy items to supplement my entire vacation! I have sent reimbursement form in 3 times waiting for case number (because you told me to) and NOTHING!!!! Please reimburse me!!! 2 months later!!! 😡

@AerLingus Just got off phone yet again w/ baggage claims and was told to fill out the form yet again (4th time) to make claim for my bag being over 21 days lost! Under Montreal Convention i should be sent max compensation. Form has been sent 3 times! #sameoutfitmosttrip 😡
