This is an excellent initiative from Wandsworth’s Labour Council to benefit residents who can’t afford leisure and other services whilst using Council facilities at times when demand is low. The Tories would scrap the scheme.

It was an honor to hang out with Jensen Huang, CEO of @nvidia, and do a long-form podcast with him. Really fun & fascinating technical deep-dive conversation on & off the mic. One of the most brilliant & thoughtful human beings I've ever met. NVIDIA is the most valuable company in the world by market cap and is the engine powering the AI revolution. I was pleased to meet with my friend María Corina Machado, who is at the forefront of Venezuela’s fight for freedom. The peoples of Iran and Venezuela know the cost of living under regimes that survive only through violence, corruption, and fear. The regime in Tehran has used its partnership with Caracas to extend its influence into the Western Hemisphere. Through Venezuela, the Islamic Republic launders money, evades sanctions, supports criminal networks, and strengthens its capacity to repress its own people. This alliance threatens regional stability and U.S. security. The Iranian people are rising with clarity and determination despite mass killings, imprisonment, and information blackouts. They are fighting to free not only themselves, but the world, from the illegitimate, criminal Islamic Republic. A free Iran and a free Venezuela will end decades of chaos, terror, and destruction, and leave a legacy of peace, stability, and prosperity.

I had the pleasure of meeting with @PahlaviReza. We exchanged insights on our respective struggles and aligned our efforts toward a shared purpose: the liberation of Iran and Venezuela from oppression. I expressed my deep admiration for the Iranian people, who continue to fight for their future with immense courage in the face of brutal repression. As authoritarian regimes deepen their criminal cooperation, those of us who stand for freedom must coordinate even more closely. The alliance between Caracas and Tehran has turned Venezuela into the epicenter of Iranian influence, jeopardizing the security of the entire Western Hemisphere. The survival of these regimes is not only a tragedy for our citizens—who overwhelmingly demand democracy—but a direct threat to global stability and the United States. By using Venezuela as a primary platform, the Iranian regime fuels instability, terrorism, and transnational criminal networks that extend far beyond its borders.
