ReachFlow just crossed $1k MRR 🚀 Not life changing money yet, but considering I’m building this while being a student, I’m proud of it. The interesting part is that until now, almost all our growth came from LinkedIn outbound only. No paid ads. No big audience. No viral launch. Just consistent prospecting. But over the last few weeks, I realized something: building the product is only 50% of the game. Distribution is everything. So starting tomorrow, I’m launching a completely new growth strategy for ReachFlow. The goal: turn ReachFlow from a small SaaS into a real acquisition machine. Here’s the plan 👇 1. Cold Emailing Until now, I focused mostly on LinkedIn DMs. Now I’m building a real cold email system: • Lead scraping • Domain rotation • Personalized sequences • Automated follow-ups • Different offers depending on the ICP The objective is simple: generate qualified demos every single day automatically. 2. Reddit Marketing This one is massively underrated. Instead of spamming links, I’m going to post real stories, lessons, failures, growth updates, and behind-the-scenes content in SaaS/startup communities. People trust authenticity way more than polished marketing. I’ve already seen posts generate thousands of views and inbound leads with almost no audience. 3. Scaling LinkedIn Prospecting LinkedIn outbound is what got ReachFlow to $1k MRR, so I’m doubling down on it. But this time: • better targeting • more automation • cleaner personalization • higher volume • stronger content strategy The goal is to combine content + outbound together instead of treating them separately. 4. Building in Public I’m going to document everything publicly: wins, failures, numbers, experiments, what works and what doesn’t. Not because it’s trendy. Because transparency creates trust. And honestly, seeing other founders share their journey helped me a lot when I started. So now it’s my turn. No idea where this will go. Maybe it works. Maybe it completely fails. But I know one thing: distribution compounds. Let’s see where ReachFlow is in 2 weeks. TrustMRR : trustmrr.com/startup/reach-…

That’s actually a really good point. I think a lot of people underestimate how hard consistency is when building publicly. Posting once is easy. Showing up every day is the real challenge. And you’re right about engagement too. The best connections I’ve made so far came from genuine conversations, not “growth hacks.” Appreciate the advice 🙌 I’ll check out your approach on X.

One of the hard things Hugo is the who problem. And the courage problem. One of the cool things about X is people can watch your consistency and your courage. You have the courage to post. = Step one Step two is being consistent. Step three is engaging with people in a high quality way. Example: This is how I enjoy doing things publicly: x.com/StevenMusielsk…

I actually agree with that. The biggest lesson I’m learning right now is that distribution itself is a “rich people problem.” A company making millions can easily lose huge amounts of revenue because their sales pipeline is inefficient or because they don’t generate enough qualified leads consistently. If ReachFlow can help solve that problem at scale, the value becomes much bigger than just “sending LinkedIn messages.” So yeah, long term I definitely want to move toward solving higher-value acquisition problems for businesses with real budgets.

@tejasmcodes That’s honestly inspiring. I’m 19 and currently building publicly as well. No perfect background, just trying to learn, build and stay consistent every day. Respect for taking action instead of waiting for the perfect moment 🤝

@haris7019 Yeah the idea is that it works system-wide across macOS, not just on one platform. You select any text in any app (LinkedIn, Gmail, X, Slack, Notion, etc.) and the tool can instantly: - fix grammar - rewrite - translate - change tone - generate replies

@hugo_grndd Not sure i understand the idea. are you talking about responding on a specific platform? globally? will it work across different mac apps? to be clear, i may still not be able to add much but perhaps others would

Hello everyone, I have a question. Would it be interesting, a tool on Mac, that allows you to correct, translate, reformulate, automatically respond from a shortcut? I have this idea in mind, tell me what you think.
