In credit it is easy to give away money, it is hard to get it back. It is not wise to try to attack a market because of price arbitrage: I will give you credit cheaper to win you over. That is not what wins in credit. There is a very good reason that lenders are charging 150% APR for a certain persona. Beating them on rates will likely lead to you losing funds.

What every crypto neobank should have
Here's what I believe every crypto neobank needs to become a true everyday banking alternative

Undercollateralized lending
It didn’t fail as an idea, it failed as institutional lending. Unsecured loans to crypto funds, no recourse, every borrower long the same trade
Consumer is diversified and has a bank account attached
Building it at @nevralabs

what cool ideas havent been explored yet in crypto? what are some things that have failed in the past but might work now?
English

It's a real problem that needs to be fixed

Getting paid in crypto makes you invisible to institutions And that's the case whether you're a crypto worker, or are just someone who gets paid in crypto That's the exact borrower Nevra was built for If you fit any of those, reach out to me. I'd like to give you a loan

If you even slightly entertain the thought of failure, you give your mind a chance to start noticing reasons to fail. But if the only option on your mind is to win, then the world seems to conspire in your favor, because your mind will notice opportunities it wouldn't have before. Become delusionally optimistic, not because it's realistic, but because it's effective. It drastically increases your chances of success.

imo the space is starting to tend more on the institutional part to address larger problems
making a company that solve an actual problem is harder than making a "fun" one (even though the two can be related)
