Just launched a new parkour program in Tokyo built around clear progressions, mixing parkour, acrobatics, martial arts, and breakdance. Structured, fun and designed to help students grow safely while exploring movement. 🥷@Inarock17569 @63academic

Play this Bump to Bucket Pickleball Challenge Activity! We also do something similar with Volleyball. The students love the challenge and it helps with their focus, teamwork, and control of the ball. #PhysEd

It’s not WHAT you teach, it’s HOW you teach. A simple game can spark confidence, curiosity and joy if delivered with connection and energy. PE isn’t just about games- it’s about the environment we create.

PE is more than fitness and games.
It’s a space to take risks, solve problems, lead, fail, try again, and grow. Every game, challenge, and reflection shapes not just movement skills but who we are becoming—curious, balanced, resilient humans.

Need a quick, high-energy PE activity? Try Group Juggle! Students form a circle, create a passing order, and can’t pass to the person next to them. Start with 1 ball, add more each round, and see how many they can keep in the air! Great for teamwork, focus, and fun!

Today, my grade 7s had their second parkour lesson and couldn’t be happier with their progress and positive attitude. Soon a video on their jump rope and hula hoop/ball skills in preparation for their summative assessment: composing a routine including those 3 elements

Tennis, badminton are just a few of the sports that require striking an object with a short handled implement. This skill is considered a fundamental manipulative skill. Compared to other skills such as throwing and catching, striking is very complex and challenging.

Ready, set, FENCE! 🤺 Foot/knee fencing is a fun, safe game to boost agility, coordination, balance and quick thinking! All you need is a pool noodle. Level 2: protect your ball on a cone while knocking theirs off!
