Came across the picture on the right earlier. A rare interior view of the Cuthbert Brodrick designed #Hull Town Hall (left), on the day of its ceremonial opening in 1866. The statue of King Edward I in the centre remains in the (new) Guildhall. @hull_libraries @Hull_Museums
