The Prem gave Arsenal a nudge to say you're not allowed to do that & they stopped.

In addition to this, I believe Leeds United will be looking at signing a current Liverpool U16 player who is not named here. In my opinion, I like the player, a lot. Up to the player to announce, should this come to fruition! This tweet is a good Sunday read, I don’t think much has changed. One thing worth noting is that the players Liverpool are looking to bring in are also being offered the same incentives that Liverpool are offering their own players to stay.
