@yburyug @d_feldman For me it's the upsell part of the process. Adding a bag is an additional $70 bucks. Picking seats is an additional $30 bucks. There's some sort of bait and switch feel to it which makes the transaction unpleasant.

@d_feldman I’m curious what stresses you most about it. I usually set a threshold I’m ok with cost wise, set an alert on pricing, then buy when I figure I’m close to bottom if it’s not urgent. Outside major oh shit life events works well. And for work, they’re paying what do I care
