do u guys remember back in the day when fitness and calorie counting apps didn’t GAF if you had an eating disorder and you could set the most extreme goals easily as fuck and with no warning about it being dangerous 😭😭😭

i think forced recovery is more dangerous than having an ed honestly

not to sound like a fatass but i get a lil upset when i buy food and it doesnt taste good like it ends up being a waste of my cals n money ☹️☹️
