My takeaway is that if you're doing a major renovation and you're only approving the designs through a tiny sub-committee of 5 people for a building of 150 units you're probably doing something very wrong

Some US states passed bill to ALLOW kids to do childhood activities on their own — walking to school, playing outside, staying alone for a while, etc. — so long as they aren’t put in obvious, serious and likely danger.
